Qantas Shopping Earn Terms and Conditions

You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and redeem Qantas Points.  A joining fee may apply. Membership and the earning and redemption of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.

Qantas Shopping Online Mall and Card Offers rewards Qantas Frequent Flyer members with Qantas Points for shopping at a merchant partner in-store or online , through the Qantas Shopping website or with the browser extension: ‘Qantas Shopping Points-Prompter’. Qantas receives commission from merchant partners from transactions made via Qantas Shopping.

Online Mall Terms & Conditions

  1. Qantas Points will not be earned on:
    1. tax and delivery charges;
    2. gift cards or orders redeemed with a gift card;
    3. purchases that include any voucher, coupon or discount code that is not sourced from the Online Mall platform; or
    4. cancelled, amended or refunded transactions.
  2. To ensure you earn Qantas Points with Qantas Shopping Online Mall, you must:
    1. have cookies enabled;
    2. ensure that after being redirected to the merchant partner’s website from the Qantas Shopping website, or after opting-in to earning Qantas Points with a merchant partner using the browser extension ‘Qantas Shopping Points-Prompter’, complete the transaction before proceeding to any other website or clicking on any third-party pop-up windows;
    3. complete the purchase on the merchant partner’s website within the same session;
    4. not apply to the transaction any voucher, coupon or discount code, other than codes published on the Online Mall platform;
    5. not engage in any fraudulent or dishonest conduct; and
    6. abide by the terms and conditions stipulated.

Card Offers Terms & Conditions

  1. To earn Qantas Points with Qantas Shopping Card Offers, you must link an active Australian Mastercard® credit or debit card to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, if required activate an offer presented to you, then make a qualifying purchase using the linked Mastercard® credit or debit card in accordance with the terms and conditions of each specific offer.
  2. By linking an active Mastercard® with Card Offers, you agree to your personal information being provided to Mastercard®and being handled in accordance with Qantas' privacy policy and the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program Terms and Conditions.
  3. You accept that Mastercard® will use your personal information to monitor activity on your linked card and analyse the data to determine whether you have qualified for and/or earned Qantas Points with Card Offers.
  4. You will be presented with personalised offers based on the transaction history of your enrolled card and these offers should not be forwarded or shared.
  5. For any offers that require activation, in order to earn Qantas Points, you must activate the offer before you make the qualifying purchase. For the offers requiring activation, purchases made before the offer is activated will not earn Qantas Points.
  6. Qualifying purchases must be from an Australian retailer and must meet the terms and conditions of each individual offer.
  7. You must pay for the qualifying purchase using your linked card and payment must be made directly to the merchant. Any payments via third party payment providers such as PayPal, Afterpay etc, where the merchant is not the merchant of record, may result in points not being awarded.
  8. If you receive a replacement card from your Financial Institution and the card number has changed, you must link the new card with Card Offers in order to continue to use this card with Card Offers.
  9. It may take up to 30 days after a qualifying purchase for points to be credited to your account.
  10. Your participation in Card Offers will continue until you have removed all active Mastercard® cards linked with Card Offers, or until a request to opt out has been processed.
  11. To de-link a Mastercard® card from Card Offers, you must login to shopping.qantas.com and select ‘Manage Cards’ under the ‘Account’ menu. A request to de-link a card may take up to 7 business days to be processed, after which you will be excluded from any future offers for that particular card. Once you have de-linked a card from Card Offers, you will not be able to re-link that same card with Card Offers.
  12. To opt out of Card Offers, you must login to shopping.qantas.com/settings and select ‘Opt Out’. This request may take up to 7 business days to be processed, after which you will be excluded from any future offers.
