We stand behind our in-store fit service and it’s our mission to get it right, every time. If you feel like you haven’t received 100% the perfect fit, please head back in store for a complimentary fit check within one month of your purchase. Buying online? You can be confident in the fit of your child’s shoes with refunds on all full price items and credit notes on all sale items, with our complimentary fitting service offered for all customers.
